ASPR MATURE PONY AWARD ANNOUNCED ( March 26, 2002 )

The American Warmblood Registry announced in the March 2002 Newsletter that PAJAMA PARTY, owned by Tammy Burgin of Farmore Farms in Galt , CA , has been recognized as the 2001 ASPR Mature Pony. After much deliberation, the American Warmblood Registry's Sport Pony Registry selected the mare based on one simple reason - her produce! Pajama Party has had two sons by two different stallions come forward for inspection.

The first was Farmore Flamboyant by Talybont Quicksilver. Farmore Flamboyant was presented as a stallion candidate and received Premier status. Two of Farmore Flamboyant's sons were presented in 2000 and were Champion and Reserve in the 2000 Foal Futurity. He has continued to produce well-scoring foals in the ASPR inspections.

Pajama Party also produced Farmore Royal Ecstasy by the stallion *Telynau Royal Charter, and again this colt obtained Premier status and won the 2001 Foal Futurity!

The common denominator was the mare, and it is for this reason that the ASPR proudly bestowed the imported plaid sheet embroidered with the ASPR logo to Pajama Party. Congratulations!

Pajama Party is now retired and living with Jan Walker.

Some of her foals include
